Calm河畔客棧/近池袋 (Calm Riverside Inn/Close to Ikebukuro)

The unit  I was staying in appeared to be pretty clean but had an odor akin to body odor from the second of walking in the door. The unit was a bathroom an aprox 7ft hallway with kitchen and 1 bedroom. My partner and I thought okay maybe it just needs to settle turn on the ac hang out and see, the smell did not go away. We contact the building management and they promptly sent out two staff members to investigate the odor, they stated they could not smell anything. They asked where to locate the smell and we said the entire unit. They did however bring some odor fighting/cleaning spray and a liquid scent decoration that smelled like lavender. They gave us the scent decoration and sprayed the odor spray on the sheets and walls and bathroom. Then they grabbed a reed stick diffuser that has sticks and scented oil/liquid in it and smelled it and said oh maybe you are not used to this smell but I told them it could not be the diffuser. They said they will take the diffuser away and hopefully it will clear up within an hour. My partner and I went to the convenience store and came back and it still smelled. We cooked food and the smell was still lingering. We went to bed and the next morning it still smelled 😭 I told management yet again and they apologized for the inconvenience. By 4pm we had booked another room somewhere else and chose to leave. I contacted management and told them about our early leave and asked for partial refund since we only stayed 1 night out of our 5 night stay 😵💫 They apologized but said nothing could be done. It was a nice unit in a quiet neighborhood with cozy blankets/bed/pillows and a nice washroom but we could not bare the smell ☹️ photos are of the spray and the scent decoration they provided

結束愉快的東京五天行。來説説住店真實感受。剛下訂的時侯心裡還是有點忐忑的，擔心踩雷。當踏入房間那一刻，心裡的疑慮瞬間消除。房間是新裝修的，非常明亮，乾淨，整潔，沒有一點點異味。房間雖小，但也能放下二個大行李箱。基本生活設施配備齊全，離地鐵站很近，出地鐵口就有便利店，每天晚上遊玩回來可以買些便當，飲料，作第二天的早餐。客棧位於居民住宅區內，非常安靜，晚上聽不到一點聲音。而且價位也不貴，在東京市中心來説性價比高，真心值得推薦。以後再去東京必定再來你家。

Good place for stay in Tokyo. Near to station(5 min). Near to 7/11 and FamilyMart. But air-con is not convenient, because it’s right opposite of heads of people on the bed. We must to change place of pillows , but then sun is very bright in 7 a.m. already. Bed is comfortable, enough for 2 tall people. Bath room is very good, refrigerator working very well!

남자친구랑 처음으로 일본 여행 간 거라 숙소 고민 많이 햇는데 시부야던 아사쿠라던 멀지도 않구 숙소 근처에 지하철도 잇어서 좋앗어요 조용하고 분위기도 좋아요 대신 수건을 4일동안 4개주셔서 둘이서 좀 곤란햇엇어요 수건이나 세탁기 잇으니깐 세제라도 가져가시는게 좋을거 같아요

あくまでも私が泊まった部屋での感想です。 泊まるだけなら全體的には問題はないです。 アパートタイプのホテルという感じ。 気になった點は、①清掃が微妙(お風呂場に髪の毛が何本かおちていたり、寢室部分もホコリが結構あったり、冷凍庫に型の氷がそのままだったり) ②シャンプー類はオススメしない(私が泊まった部屋だけだったかもですが、シャンプーは女性は特に使い心地最悪だと思います。持參した方がいいかも。) パッと思いついたのはこの2點くらいです。 アメニティ類はないので、自分で用意。 ドライヤーはPanasonicのがありました。 キッチンもあるので、基本的なキッチン用品は付いてました。(冷蔵庫・冷凍庫もアリ。) 洗濯機も、粉洗剤と柔軟剤はありました。 延長コードもある。 入口や階段などの共用部分が少し狹いので、大きいキャリーバッグ等はちょっと大変かも。 清掃とアメニティ類(シャンプー類含め)は微妙でしたが、それ以外は特に問題なく過ごせたので、コスパ的には結構いいと思いました。

カップルで利用しました 駅から近いし行く途中にファミマもセブンもあるので楽でした！！ タオルが一日目しかなかったので次の日から使う時は洗濯しました、柔軟剤とかもちゃんとあります 包丁、はさみ、フライパン、箸フォークスプーン、電子レンジ等々設備は良かったです！

Размещение в отеле понравилось. Тихий район рядом с рекой, очень милые набережные. До станции метро несколько минут, около станции несколько супермаркетов и магазин с сэндвичами. Примерно в 15 минутах ходьбы крупный супермаркет. До основных достопримечательностей и районов добираться на метро около 25-30 минут. Состояние апартаментов хорошее - свежий ремонт, уютно, есть кондиционер. Пространство компактное, что обычно для Токио. Новое здание, в нем тихо, соседей не было слышно. Есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи, косметические принадлежности. Из того, чего не хватало - крючки для полотенец в ванной. Спасибо за отличную неделю в Токио!

環境：位於居民區 離開最近的車站較近 房子比較新 無電梯 設施：如果入住時間較久 推薦自備牙刷 牙膏 拖鞋 衞生：浴室 地板 櫥櫃都有不少長髮 床套上有不明藍色印記 服務：基本上就是失聯狀態 有問題發生 哪怕要訂房網站客服去找也聯繫不到

總體不錯，自助為主，比較方便
